Last time we were at this beach, it was so clam that Zeric and Eben snorkeled for about three hours, and Jaffa collected hermit crabs. This time, not only was the hike in more treacherous than before, but the waves were HUGE!! So, we built our sandcastles higher on the beach, and took our chances running in the waves! Eben couldn't get enough of me and Memere holding him up as the waves crashed at us, but Mem and I both had bruised and battered ankles from all of the rocks being thrown by the water. It was a great, and intense, afternoon!!
