Wow! We had never seen weather like this at the Cape in the summer before!
That didn't stop some of us from building our first sandcastle though..
... and didn't deter beach exploration either.
Luckily, it cleared up by the next day.. and everything was back to sunny.
One of the best things on the beach? Look! Threatened birds nesting!! So exciting!
