And we found Hadrian too! Handsome guy. What I really liked, and made me a big fan of the museum, is that next to Hadrian is Antinous. What did his plaque read? "Antinous, Hadrian's lover."
Once we saw what we wanted to see (which also included cat and monkey sarcophagi), we were exhausted. Lily said her feet were going to fall off. So, we headed to lunch... at The Plough.
Who knew we were so close to Peter Pan's house??
And look at all of those other famous people that lived in this neighborhood.. I love Europe.
Feeling much better now, having eaten. Mostly. They'll perk up, ice cream is next!
