Zeric, Jaffa and Eben too a road trip to see Colin in Buena Vista, VA. It was a very fun time!
First stop was a swim in the river. It was freezing!! The slippery rocks were like a slide, right into a shallow part. The horse flies hung out too. Dinner was BBQ, which was delicious, but jetlag came and took over at some point..
Breakfast the next morning was at the Pink Cadillac Diner, and it was also delicious. The pancakes weren't sweet, but the maple syrup was. The hot chocolate was awesome. The French toast was very sweet and yummy!
Then a visit to FOAMhenge!!
And then a free visit to the museum where Colin was working, which is attached to the George C. Marshall library. It's a special museum because you get to go through the exhibits and into one of the exhibits--an ancient car from the World War, and you can ride in the replica.
