So the town of Carcassonne has a farmers market three time a week, with Saturday being the day with the most vendors. THIS is the reason we came, as far as I'm concerned!! It was fantastic and we always bought too many fruits and vegetables.. because we just couldn't help it.
The square also has thing fabulous fountain with Poseidon.
It was just lovely, and we didn't miss the market..
not once in the two weeks we were there!
