Back to DC and we (re)discovered the neighborhood just south of Columbia Heights near Howard University. We thought we had stumbled into New York City.. what happened?! Zeric found a great brunch place, and so we met Ryan and Jon there.. it was great to catch up and eat miso donuts and huge waffles. Hooray for seeing more good friends!! (and for Jaffa's artistic rendition of the meal)
