Lots of great Belgians here.. give that it was their colony and all. This one is a great butcher. Give that I'm headed back to being a vegetarian, we saved our first visit for Saturday when Zeric could be there. It was pretty impressive.. all cuts of cow, pig and sheep, some of which was prepared or just marinated.
. 
They also have lots of sausages (including the blood sausages that the French like so much),
and ham--the kids' fav for sandwiches.
