Nasi Kuning (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nasi_kuning) is made for celebrations, and we had the pleasure because USAID was celebrating the completion and approval of its next five-year strategy for Indonesia. Congrats to all of the people (my husband included!) who worked so hard to craft a forward thinking, creative, responsive plan!!
