It wasn't even the run-up before the holidays that inspired the kids to help around the house, they just like to. Sometimes. I wonder how long that is going to last. Tonight Eben asked when we were going to start cooking for next week's visit to Mirasole (the embassy house up in the mountains, see November post for the last time we went) and was very disappointed when I put him off till tomorrow.
