Puncak again

Ten days off of school already, and so a bunch of us moms (and a grandma) and dogs and a herd of kids went back up to Puncak to run and play (and drink) and smell the fresh air.  It was fantastic!  I'm trying to think of a way that I could live up there, but Zeric's not buying the three-hour commute (each way). 

Without leaving the compound, we did lots of things..

We swam and hung out by the pool..

We ran around naked (some of us didn't, but wanted to)

We played all over the big, big yard

 We slept and snuggled a lot..

 And while the kids slept, the grown up girls drank wine and played bananagrams

We also enjoyed the late afternoon and nighttime thurnderstorms.. big, close lightening and lots of fog and mist.  Spoooooky for Halloween night!!

And Lou helped the kids make their own pizzas for dinner..

And Olivia found a big beetle that she played with, and it hissed and hissed and hissed at her!  When I finally put it in the bush, she went and looked for it..

The finale to the three-day relax-and-rejuvenate was a performance by the kids that they created by themselves!!

 Reluctantly, we headed home.. snuggling in the car
